Ramar pillai's petrol is back.

It was in 1996 that he had come up with his idea of petrol from alternate sources which was termed as herbal bio fuel and .... but it was knocked out and and he was sent off from IIT where he tried to prove it.

But now he is back and claims to provide it for Rs 5/- per litre when a Litre of water costs Rs 13/-
