Charles Shobaraj case verdict will be delivered today.Many have heard the name as a killer or conmen.But people have not understood what he is. I am not speaking for him and i want him nailed.Its a pity that he is still alive and leading a celebrity status there are already 3 books written and 4 documentary films done on him.
Shobaraj was known was by various names which includes serpent,serial killer, bikini killer.
His aides includes Marie-Andrée Leclerc, Ajay Chowdhury.
