Long back there was some benefits for using Kotak Credit card. Which was 10% cashback on Dining.
Now they have added a condition that the spend should be above Rs 4,000/- in order to qualify for cashback on dining.This simply meant that it was better to go ahead with Citibank Indian Oil Credit card.
Then they did the obvious they came up with a misleading campaign of 2 PVR tickets for Spends above Rs7500/- a month, which was deception to the core as it was for PVR kotak credit cards only.
Now there has been a penalty slapped by not sending the statement as i have paid Rs 11,200 which was towards Rs 11.188.00 but it was actually Rs 11,588.00
now they have billed me Rs 532.xx /-
If they don't waive the Intrest off i will be defaulting it.
