Reliance Fresh has stopped providing polythene bags and charges Rs2/- per felt bag.
A environment protection measure issued by govt makes them do so as such we get to carry home all the vegetables we purchase in a heap and felt bags provided for Rs2/- per bag is not strong as plastic bags and may tear off while transporting on a bike.
Staff at reliance collected the price for the bags seperately and preffered to do it without entering into the credit card swiped amount.
I would shop vegetables from green grocer next door than travel to reliance.
