You are chosen for feedback at ICICI bank.

Feedback at ICICI bank, I had received token no : 282 and it was bigger than the usual token's and it was mentioned that i was chosen to give a feedback.

After the transaction which took me around 25 mins i approached the helpdesk, the executive at the desk was unaware of it and he wanted to know why i wanted it, i insisted on the feedback form when he contacted his manager and returned with a white sheet and handed over to me, and told that they do not have a feedback form.

I felt that the effort i spend to write the feedback would go in vain as i felt that they were not in a mood for feedback and would rather have it thrown into the dustbin.

Is this what the feedback management in ICICI bank is all about ?

It takes around 25 mins a transaction and you need to have your eyes glued onto the display counter else you may miss your turn and have to do the excercise all over again.

Display counter manages around 12 counters in 2 screens with each screen having 2 columns with 5 rows  a column for the Token number and the other for the counter number.
These counter numbers are not in any ascending or descending order that complicates it and there are  2 screens which are flipped by the system and not on your capability to know which counter is called,changed, ..... This puzzle is turned into a maze by the token numbers which can be upto 14 different prefixes followed by a number, the suffic number is sequential according to the token created.

I request for a simplified version of this token system, if the bank were to pay me i can offer a solution.

Firstly reduce the screens to one by reducing the size of fonts or by having a 32" or 48" screen instead of the 14" crt monitor, which would reduce the concentration required to monitor the counters or specific tokens.

Secondly dedicate specific token codes to positions on the screen and do not change them to random positions.

Thirdly have number sequences for each token code.

For the demands that ICICI have on the savings account 25 mins for a transaction is far from satisfactory and to be treated to this token display system is not a pleasant experience.

do our feedbacks have any value in ICICI bank ?

 Feedback have no value at ICICI bank,with Present 10K Average monthly balance and charges of Rs 90/- for 5th cash transaction in a month it has become impossible to operate a savings account in ICICI bank.
